We believe “it is He who leads us” (Psalm 48).

The Third Millennium of our redemption is now in progress and God is preparing a GREAT SPRINGTIME for CHRISTIANITY and the “affirmation of the dignity and role of women.”  (Redemptoris Missio, Bl. Pope JP II - 1990)

Come Unity Time

Perpetual Love

It’s time for us to take time out of our busy lives and show that we care and share the many blessings, graces and gifts our Lord has showered upon us not only today but our entire lives!

And for these we give praise and thanksgiving to our loving God.

Sign of the Cross

O Lord, our God, Blessed Trinity, Defender of Widows (Psalm 68), we believe that You have called us by Your grace to pursue a vocation to be consecrated widows and establish a Society of Apostolic Widows of Cana religious order.

Motto:  God Will Provide, we trust in His mercy and promises.

Though we are advanced in age we continue to move forward quietly with a steadfast spirit giving witness to our Lord Jesus Christ.  We are being formed in the “school of Mary” (Rosarium Virginis Mariae. Bl. Pope JP II, 2002).  And so we move forward confidently as we pursue our vocation to become consecrated widows under the protection of Mary, our Blessed Mother, Patroness of Widows, “Star of the New Evangelization” (Novo Millennio Ineunte, Bl. Pope JP II, 2000).  It is with grateful hearts we desire to share and proclaim the “Good News” of salvation by practicing our FAITH with much love and fervor.

In anticipation of becoming consecrated widows we shall continue to dedicate the remainder of our lives in a more intense MINISTRY of PRAYER.  We strive for holiness by bearing the cross of Jesus Christ daily in a very unique and special way.  We endure the infirmities of aging bodies for Christ’s sake.  “For it is when we are weak, we are strong” (2 Cor. 12:10).  Indeed, We Preach the Gospel by the example of our lives and may even speak words of wisdom at times to encourage others to rediscover or rekindle their FAITH. We serve Our Lord by being ambassadors of His enduring love, peace, joy and HOPE to those we encounter each day in works of mercy and CHARITY.  We do our best to be peacemakers and mend broken hearts within families beginning right here in our own family, neighborhood and beyond, and in so doing we teach others to forgive as our Heavenly Father has forgiven us.

We serve Our Lord by providing hospitality to the poor and needy and by reaching out to help our neighbor (Luke 10:29 and Matt 22:39).
